Raw honey and rose water

- One teaspoon sandalwood powder

- one-fourth teaspoon turmeric powder

- two teaspoon gram flour

- One teaspoon red lentil powder

- Half cup of raw honey or rose water

Way to do :

Take a bowl first, but remember that this bowl should be dry. Now add gram flour, lentil flour / powder, sandalwood powder and turmeric. Now mix it well together. After that add raw honey or rose water to it. Do not add too much honey or rose water. The mixture should be thick. After this scrub is ready, apply it on the entire body with the help of a brush. The body scrub should be so thick that it stays on your skin, not flowing. Apply this scrub on the body for 20 minutes.

STEP 2: Use of Body Mask
To make a body mask, you need to take all the ingredients in the appropriate amounts and proportions. If the quantity of any material is high, it is not going to benefit you much.
